During each session, we’ll review the actions and achievements from the last session as well as look at general progress made.
We’ll look at your present position in relation to your goal as well as any obstacles that may need overcoming.
Both health and life coaching sessions are approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Coaching sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever you feel comfortable with.
Wellness coaching means clearing mental, spiritual, and emotional baggage through a series of coaching questions and holistic healing techniques to help a person not only live a healthy and happy life but also heal existing diseases. This will include one on one coaching to understand the route cause of the problem and then group sessions for dietary guidelines/various yoga and pranayama techniques / Techniques to keep your mind positive and emotions in check
Wellness coaching includes one to two one on one coaching sessions followed by 5 days/21 days of group coaching sessions of 1 hour duration to develop the right habits for a healthy life.
