Holistic Healing
Healing means a process to reach a desired state of health from the current state of health. Holistic wellbeing constitutes all the four components of life that are physical health, mental health, spiritual health, and emotional health.
Physical health means diet and exercise. Contrary to the belief that good health means a healthy diet and exercise but it constitutes only 25% of healthy life.
mental health: Most important component of healthy living is a well-known fact now that more than 70% of diseases are psychosomatic in nature which means the origin of the disease is in the mind but effects are seen in the body. Life-related challenges, environmental issues cause a lot of stress and anxiety leading to various diseases like heart
disease, gastrointestinal problems, hypertension .diabetes, and depression.
Emotional Health: Negative emotions plays a major role in creating illness whereas positive emotions create wellness. Our health is directly proportional to the emotional states we are in.
Spiritual Health: Food for souls meditation, good deeds, Gratitude, Forgiveness, compassion, and service to mankind. A lot of studies have suggested all these are found to play a major role in clearing our energy blockages and keeping us emotionally balanced and thereby helping us live a holistic life.
