Self-coaching to cope with all the challenges of life

Self-coaching is when you cultivate your own personal development by accessing your inner wisdom.

While you could get an outside expert opinion from a psychologist a mentor or a coach, you could also just trust your instincts and be your own judge! After all, no one knows you better than yourself. Self-coaching is your self­ introspection about where are you now w.r.t your goals in different areas of life.

One of the simplest ways to do this is using the technique “Wheel of Life”

Draw a circle as shown in this pie. Mark 0 on the center of the circle and 10 on the circumference. Then score yourself based on where are you now w.r.t different areas of your life like Health, Career, Family, Finance, etc. Then chalk out an action plan to improve scores in different areas of life.
